“I had wanted a pair of these slippers for ages as they look so cute and cosy. My husband bought me some as a gift but I am disappointed with them. There is absolutely no reinforcement to heel area and it makes them sag and loose shape and I am finding it hard to walk around in them as i keep treading on the wrinkles of the collapsed heel area! I have had this problem often with cheap slippers, but these cost almost £30 so I had expected better. Such a shame.”
