“I ordered these slippers based on the many glowing reviews. However, I wish I had taken notice of the few who mentioned the inflexibility of the sole. I don't know if the style has been changed since the glowing reviews, but the sole is absolutely rigid and does not flex when you bend your foot during walking, resulting in the feet sliding in and out all the time, which is extremely uncomfortable and irritating. Not only that but the slippers are very lightweight and insubstantial, very poor quality in my opinion and considering the high price - these are not cheap! I was prepared to pay the price because I expected to get quality for that kind of money. I have had better quality from 'market' slippers. Makes me wonder how genuine all the gushing reviews are as I find it hard to believe more people haven't raised these issues. Very disappointed, and I shan't be buying again. I hope that Moshulu will be refunding the postage cost as well as the price of the slippers.”
