“I bought my daughter a pair of these and she loved them. I ordered a pair for myself size 5, but they were a bit big. My daughter thinks they do come up a bit large. However, the return could not be simpler as you get return label and clear instructions with the slippers. Also, a free postage code if you want to re-order another pair, which I did. I received the size 4 today and they are fine. I am actually a 4 1/2 ideally. The size 4 is fine for me. Very impressed with the efficient and customer ease of this company.”
