We are sorry of the disappointment with your order. Our Bo slippers are designed to be lightweight, but extremely hardwearing, with their EVA soles and textile uppers. As one of our best selling styles, this style has left many Customers smiling, but we do understand that they might not be to everyone's taste. Perhaps you might like to consider our slippers with a rubber sole such as our ballerina styles, or alternatively a bootie style with a suede upper.
