“I've had a pair of Moshulu mules annually for at least a decade, just received a pair for Christmas and I'm horrified by the new sole. Not sure if I'll be able to pop to the bins or the shed in my slippers without slipping over :-(The robust, grippy sole was a key selling point to me. “My husband bought me these years ago. I wanted to have a new clean pair for this winter so ordered exactly the same and they are. Then I decided to wash the old ones thinking they'd probably be awful after but they've come up like new despite being fully submerged in warm water and washing liquid! So I now have two pairs to wear!! They are so comfortable.-------------------------So glad to hear you now have a bit of choice! We wouldn't recommend that our slippers are machine washed, as we have no guarantee that the glues used in manufacture would stand up to this process, but a gentle handwash should be fine. Some customers like to use a protector spray on the suede slippers, as this helps to protect them from and splashes & spills around the house - this should help them keep well for even longer!Moshulu Customer Care”
“I've bought three pairs of these slippers over the years - love them. Great for nipping out to the compost bin. The deep rubber sole/heel protects your feet from the cold of tiled floors. I've recommended to a few friends and no one has been disappointed. Magenta colour is gorgeous.”
“I was really disappointed with these. The fake fur is far too hot (and anyone who knows me cannot believe I've found something too warm, as I'm always moaning I'm freezing!) and it also gives off friction, making my socks wrinkle under my feet with every step. Soooooo annoying. My 12 year old daughter took one look at them and called them 'granny slippers' so I've sent them off to her granny in the hope that someone can be happy with them!Really really disappointed. I'm going back to my trusty Flyflots. Sorry.”
