“Having bought Moshulu slippers for many years, I have to say how disappointed I was with my latest purchase. The quality is great, as usual, but why spoil the slipper by stamping the logo across the heel. This is very uncomfortable on my heels. I’ve always like Moshulu because they are one of the few manufacturers that do not sew or stamp their logo onto the part your heel presses on. Please stop as I cannot be the only one who finds this annoying. There already is the logo label on the upper part of the slipper.”
Thanks for your feedback Linda. Our logo is stamped into the suede heel of these slippers, but this should have no effect on the comfort provided as it is just an imprint. I'm late 70s (age, not birth) and I chose these because they give a bit of support; since the sole is quite firm, you don't wobble about as with some cheaper, softer slippers. I have trouble keeping my feet warm but not with these fab slippers: the lining is warm. Bought another pair in sale, so that when - or if! - my current ones give up the ghost, I have another pair ready and waiting. I was pleased that the style/construction/sizing has not changed since I bought my last ones...3 years ago. Free returns offers the possibility to order different sizes, to ensure you get the best fit. I'd say they were "true to size". Bravo Moshulu.”

“I have bought these slippers now for the last fifteen years for myself and my family. They are so comfortable to wear all day at home but the quality has changed and is not as good as it was two years ago , the leather and suede are thinner and have gone into holes after just four months wear. My family have had the same problem . So for the price the quality is not good anymore.”
