Sturdy for popping outside in the garden yet super soft and comfortable to wear for long periods in the house. Good covering on the foot makes for a Secure and safer mule slipper that doesn’t put me in danger of falling especially on the stairs as they fit so well. No slipping on and off the foot. Excellent sturdy sole. My old pair went through many washes in the washing machine (not sure that’s what you should do but...they came out no harm done just sparkling clean!).
