“Well where do I start!! I went into our Trentham store looking for a pair of boots that would fit my badly arthritic feet . We were met by a lovely lady called Ashley who recommended several different styles to me of which these were the first. Well I just could not believe the softness of the leather and the comfort as soon as I put my feet into them, bliss!!! I then tried several other pairs on including the malmo, another recommendation. I was spoilt for choice!! I spent at least an hour in the shop with Ashley so kindly going backwards and forwards to get my size but finally (I'm sure to her relief!) I made my decision, I bought two pairs of the Malmo and the Rydal in black. I put the Rydal pair on in the shop, walked all round Trentham and another shopping centre (4hrs) and not one blister in sight!! Would definitely recommend these to anyone and cannot thank Ashley and the other lady Helen, enough for all their help and knowledge of each boot I tried. I won't go anywhere else now!! I will definitely be back soon!”
