“I bought these as I wanted a flat, knee length pair of boots and the other styles looked big around the ankles, these were adjustable and the reviews were good. I have worn them twice. The first time it was like wearing a pair of wellies - my feet were sliding about, my ankles rubbed and were bleeding and those laces - flying about and coming undone. The second time, I put insoles in and double knotted the laces. An improvement, but I couldn't wear them two days in a row and they are certainly not as comfortable as slippers. Please can you make it clear that these are not particularly suitable for narrow feet and ankles - I have the laces done up to the fullest extent and they do not give ankle support. These were a lot of money to buy and I won't be buying any more long boots from Moshulu unless you make your adjustable boots fully adjustable.”

The lace up back means they adjust to fit my calves and the leather is soft enough to wear without breaking in. “I got these in brown, size 9 which is now my regular size, since I have had problems with my acilles tendonitis. The styling as always is tip top with the lace up backs and lovely floral lining. They are also super comfortable, despite being a little on the large size; I did debate whether to exchange them for an 8 but they may have been a bit snug. I will just have to wear them with thicker socks! I have however deducted 1* because the sizing between styles is not consistent (which is a big problem for me with big feet) and because the laces have a habit of coming undone.”
