And so i boxed them up and filled in the return form for a refund extremely disappointed as I am a regular customer and all that I have purchased from this company as been excellent.”

“Great boots (olive). There was a blemish on the first pair I ordered but Zoe at Customer Care managed to get another pair to me in time to go on holiday a few days later. Remarkable!
The boots, as others have mentioned, have quite hard soles but the design is such that I can put up with it. I am in my sixties and think these look fashionable without looking ridiculous and being too heavy to wear.”

“Lovely boots! Really comfy from day one and nice and warm. They seem very well made, time will tell as I'll be wearing them a lot. I work in a very cold building so treated myself to these as they're a lot more expensive than my usual budget, but I'm so glad I did.
I have wide feet and a high instep but they're fine - the laces can be loosened to give more room over the foot, and the leather is really good quality. Love the zip for easy access too. Highly recommend!”
