However they feel very comfortable and I particularly like the neatness around the ankle as I want to wear with skirts/dresses. They are wrapped now for the big day so can’t wait to wear them. My feet are slightly wider than average, so again, I usually go a size up which has its risks. These are perfect. Soft, supple leather and from the moment I put them on I knew they were the right boots. They fit perfectly without sizing up (I took note of the guide). The heel height is spot on and the way the top of the boot sits close to the ankle is also very flattering with either skirts or trousers.
