“I am normally a size 5.5, but have ordered a size 6 in mid calf boots from Moshulu before and they have been fine. I decided to order 6.5 in these, as people have said that they ran small and so that a nice thick sock could be worn. They arrived today and they just looked small, without trying them on. When I tried to try them on (without socks) I could not even get my foot into the neck of the boot, even with the zip pulled down. My foot would not get past the heel support at the back of the boot. I will try to exchange with an even larger size boot, but am concerned that although I might be able to get my foot in the opening of the boot, the length would then be too big. Not happy, these are poorly designed boots from Moshulu.”

“I purchased these boots to wear in the winter to work, the leather has never worn in and they are seriously uncomfortable, they are not cheap boots but regrettably they still are not fit for the purpose that I purchased them for. The leather is not expensive, like the boots are, the leather has never softened up. They look stylish but they are a very disappointing product m.”

“Absolutely love my beautiful new boots - they're SO comfortable and the colour is just glorious - seriously considering a second pair in black!They do come up small, I usually wear a 5.5 but the 6 was a wise buy - slightly tight across the toes and looser on the back but being leather I expect a bit of breaking in will make a difference”

“I ordered Hatter size 5 in purple. Arrived beautifully packaged but unfortunately, too small. Never had a size 6 ever before but sent back and re-ordered. I have to wear a slightly thicker sock with the 6 and I had a small blister on first wear, but they are now so comfy and I love the colour.Sending back and re-ordering was really simple, but I would recommend ordering a size up from your regular size. Maybe making half sizes would be a good option.”
