“The shoes look lovely, but I had to return them because they are slipping off my feet. I ordered a size 5, but the shoes felt about size 5.5. A size 4 (which I'm told will be 1 cm smaller) would probably be too tight.”

“I loved the look of my new shoes, that was until I put them on with bare feet. They felt like sandpaper inside and skinned my feet after less than five minutes. I left it a few days and tried them with socks, they had ridges inside and felt so uncomfortable and unyielding, I am very unhappy. They are also too big. I cannot send them back as I was so confident they would be fine, I destroyed the packaging, together with the fact that as they skinned my feet they may well have blood on the inside. Most disappointed.”
