Customer service was excellent - spoke to a lovely lady who quickly reordered and sent them to a different address for me. Luckily for me the wrong size slippers were MY size so I am now the proud owner of my first pair of Moshulu slippers. I have been ordering for my mum and friends for years but never actually got a pair for me. I love the website and now have my eye on a pair of boots!”
