“I was originally bought these last Christmas (song in the title!) by my daughter but they came up small so we had to return them to the shop. Had a 4, went for a 5, I found them small. That aside. I wore them off and on into Spring this year, and I did notice they'd worn down very quickly for the money. I had to wait until the Summer to take them back due to Lockdown Number 1. Unfortunately for me my local shop did not offer the best in Customer Service, not really that keen on solving my problem, so I came away with the slippers and I was going to throw them away, but I thought I would contact Moshulu directly first for their advice. I was looked after by Darren, who, has been a great help and solved the problem by sending me a returns label so I could return them for evaluation. Once received with the original proof of purchase, it was agreed they had worn down too quickly and the soles were quite thin, so I've just received another pair in place of my possible faulty ones, exactly the same colour and size and I'm seeing how they go. Customer Service was great at the Head Office but poor in store, and these slippers are probably the most comfortable, warmest and nicest I've ever had. I only wear them indoors and for the company to agree that they shouldn't have worn down so quickly has been good to hear, and I'm really hoping that I have better luck with my new pair. My faith in Customer Services at this time of year and in a Pandemic, has been restored! Please don't hesitate to contact them ever with any queries.”

“Fit is true to size: I'm predictably a UK size 6 and whilst they felt potentially a little snug when they first arrived, after a few days of wear they now fit my feet perfectly. Warm and so lightweight but with a decent footbed and sturdy construction to support my feet.”
