Normally can't wear boots that sit around my ankles - but these are so comfy, the leather is soft and flexible, not clumpy or heavy and very pretty. Bought blue, love them. So there's the boot review, but also want to review customer services. There was a small issue with the zip, customer services fell over themselves to sort it out, communication was amazing.
