“Several years ago I bought 2 pairs of Navy Petrel Leather shoes. One for work and one for best. The best ones still look like new even though I have worn them a lot. The work ones have had many years of heavy wear and I have had them reheeled and resoled. I still love them, however I am now needing to replace them. Every year I look to see if there are navy ones. This year I was excited to see that there were indigo ones and so decided to buy 2 pairs to be able to alternate them for work. Unfortunately my size was not available in store but I was able to order them. Phillippa, who organized this for me was extremely helpful and enthusiastic and made my shopping experience very positive. She rang a couple of days later to inform me that they had arrived. I am thrilled with them and the quality is superb.”
