As with all new shoes, need a little wearing in but that is usual although minimal in this case.The staff at the Truro branch were two ladies who were polite, helpful, not pushy and very patient as I decided what I was hoping to buy and put me very much at ease as I made my choice.Thank you so much staff.As to the shoes, I will be back for more!”

“I've got lots of Moshulu shoes, which all fit in the size I ordered of these. So I was really looking forward to getting them to wear for autumn. Well how disappointed am I! They looked great and the colour would've looked great with my work uniform but I could only just get them on! The length wasn't the issue so going up a size wouldn't help, it was how tight they were over the top. Really surprised as other reviews didn't seem to mention this. I wonder if I got a duff pair? Whilst slightly more formal than some of our shoes & boots, our Petrel style is not one that we'd say is a particularly narrow fit, and would certainly give a little as worn - as such, it could be that perhaps there was an issue with this particular pair. “I was after a nice classic looking pair of loafers and loved these so I braced myself for the inevitable painful wearing in period and bought several pairs of little no-show socks so I could break them in around the house. Instead, I got them out of the box, put them on and they're so soft, I was able to walk in them straight out of the box – no breaking in required. I now wear them without socks (I find they slip off if I wear mini-socks) and for some bizarre reason, they don't make your feet sweaty or smelly – it's amazing. Soft, comfy, breathable and affordable, and gorgeous colours too (although a nice jade green would be a great addition...). I just ordered a second pair.Please, Moshulu, don't EVER stop making these.”
