“I had ordered the Pipistrelle 2 in purple in the autumn and love the pair. So I ordered another pair in rust now in the Sale. Unfortunately with the first pair, the right boot was wrongly labelled "size 4" (it was a 3). Posted the boots back on a Monday (free returns :) ) and when I phoned customer services on the Friday, they had already received and refunded me, but sent me a replacement pair, following the phone call (payment over the phone went smoothly). Pair No 2 arrived a few days later, but this time I couldn't zip up the right boot properly as zip had been sewn in too tightly/close to the leather. The next day I rang customer services again and the customer care lady was very nice about it, promising a replacement pair. Even nicer: It arrived the next day and the boots fitted perfectly! Third time lucky!”
“I was very glad to find a pair of short purple boots! Wearing them for the first time today, they are just what I was hoping for in terms of looks and although they are clearly the right size, the shape means my big toe was a bit pinched and they rubbed against the outside of my heels, though I think that will give. There isn't a lot of support so I wouldn't want to wear them if I were doing a lot of walking. But for just 'going out', I'm very happy with them.”
“This is my second pair bought in the Indigo blue. I had a light blue pair and although plenty of wear looking dirty now, so went for a darker colour, but I had the first pair for about 2 years. I love these boots bought in the sale, as they are a lot, but then they are good quality and comfort so you don't mind rather by a pair of these and get good wear out of them my fav.”

“Every pair of Moshulu boots I've had are like slippers - I now have 3 beautiful pairs, which I wear and wear. Usually I can wear them for days at a time, although this pair were rubbing a heel at the end of the day, but this is not a big deal.”
