“These boots look fab and they are good quality. However the back it so tough and hard they have cut both heels up after only a couple of hours or wear, causing blisters on both heels to the extent I had to purchase blistex plasters and compeed heel protectors in Boots just so I could make the walk home! Very dossapointed. Am returning with the hope for a refund.”
