I have only given 2 stars for the poor exchange I received. The exchange arrived within the 2 week period. The size exchange was correct however I was shocked to see the sandals. The buckles had obviously been adjusted several times as there were indentations in the leather. There were a few dirty spots on the footbed. I couldn’t be bothered to return and wait another 10 days so I cleaned them up.
I have had several pairs of these sandals so i know how good they are so I will keep them. Moshulu… great product but poor quality control.”

“Oh dear, why have you changed the soles on these sandals? The new design is not countryside friendly as mud with lodge in all the grooves, I have been buying these sandals for a few years and they are great but not with these new soles! I will most probably be returning them ..”
