“These shoes just don’t disappoint. If someone were to ask me which are my favourite shoes, these are they. So comfortable from day one. I bought my first pair about six years ago, for summer, in a raspberry colour and they are only just beginning to show signs of wear on the soles. However, when these shoes reappeared in this year’s summer collection, I couldn’t resist a pair in mauve. I’m delighted to report that the quality is exactly as brilliant as my first pair. The shoes support the feet well and the soft leather uppers and sturdy soles are great for lots of walking. “Love these!! Had a navy leather and a tan nubuck pair 16 years ago; tan still going but the navy were worn into the bin. I was bereft to discover, a few years ago, that the Dartmoor, with proper cleating and chunky soles, had been discontinued. Therefore, imagine my delight to discover them back on sale. Bought the navy waxy ones a month ago and so far they've been to church, the shops and a woodland ramble. I'm now eyeing up a mauve pair...
