“I’m so happy I persevered and tried different boots. I already own Nightjar and Cupcake, but wanted longer boots to wear with skirts. I’ve always struggled to find anything to fit my calves - most high street boots only allow for a 38 cm calf diameter, whereas mine are 44 cm. I was beginning to lose hope as I tried the longer version of Nightjar but they didn’t zip up. My husband ordered these as a surprise Xmas present and after adjusting the laces, they zip up! It’s nice to have something that fits, that isn’t frumpy, as sometimes you need a heel. There is a lot of detail, which might take getting used to and I’m still wearing them in slowly, as I walk 5 miles a day to work/school run, but I’m happy enough to have just ordered them in black just in case they stop making them (and because they’re less than half price). “Got a size up because I find Moshulu footwear to be on the small/narrow side. They're still a little snug but I've been wearing them in for short periods at a time and so far haven't had any problems. I'm really impressed with the amount of little details that set them apart from generic black boots, they really are beautiful.”
“I love these boots. To ensure a good fit they have an elastic insert at the top, zip them up at the side then tighten the lace at the front to fit your leg shape. Brilliant!”
