The stitched panel in the back of one boot was obviously incorrectly sewn in. Customer services were very helpful when I called but I'm still having to wait as the original pair had to be received by Moshulu before the new ones could be dispatched, feels like a long wait!! They are very comfortable: Rather wide for my narrow feet and calves, but I couldn't bear to return them, and there's plenty of room to tuck narrow jeans or leggings into them. The quality of the leather is excellent and I love the little details like the punching along the tops and down the sides of the boots. The cross-lacing is great!”
