“I have found the quality of these products to be of the highest. They are also stylish and that many customers return to buy again says it all. However, this is not the purpose of this review. When buying online, the majority of companies are quick to help you buy. Great. However, it's when something goes wrong, or you want to exchange an item, that's when their website can make it difficult if not impossible to deal with them.
Moshulu is different.
With every item you have the option of returning the item for whatever reason. They also provide a tracked label - I don't know of any other company that does this. They refund / exchange without quibble. They communicate when the item has arrived at their location, (exchange / refund), and they tell you when your item is ready to be sent / then let you know when it has. All done with a tracking number.
So, in sum, take the quality for granted. It's there, always has been in the years I've bought from this company. Second, be aware of their customer focus and ease of buying / returning / refunding / exchanging. Moshulu are a company from whom others could learn.”

“I have been using Moshulu slippers for many years now. Previously they have been gifts and I have always been happy with the quality. However, this time I bought them.Within days the slippers lost their shape and they now fall off my feet when I walk around, particularly if I walk up stairs.The rubber near the toes of both slippers has started catching as I walk (not an issue I have had with previous pairs) and in the last few weeks has subsequently come unstuck and has caused the sole on my right slipper to peel right back. I've now had to re-glue both slippers in order to avoid accidents.Definitely not a fan of these slippers.”
