“Bought these fabulous coloured slippers for my Dad for Christmas having bought him his first pair earlier in the year. Sadly upon my Dad opening the box it appeared I had ordered the wrong size. I couldn’t reorder the correct size on the website as they were sold out so I phoned the Lincoln shop and spoke to a really helpful member of staff called Julie. Not having a pair in the correct size either she offered to phone head office on my behalf to check availability there. Darren has just phoned me from head office and a returns label is en route to my Dad and a pair of size 9 waiting to be sent to him once wrong size received back.Not only fabulous slippers but outstanding customer service.
