“Bought a pair of these for my husband for christmas. The previous two pairs of Moshulu slippers were suede and he loves them as they are very comfortable. This latest pair however are abit of a letdown, as the material keeps molting and matting up, making them look like they are in need of sheering like a sheep which he has done twice in 2 months. It will be the suede ones next time, he gives this pair 3 stars as they are as comfy as ever.”

“On first glance these slippers looked lovely and hubby said they were very comfortable so worth paying that little bit more for. Within a few days of wear the wool had started bobbling. A further few days on they slippers suddenly looked very 'fluffy’ with all the fibres from the wool coming off. Fast forward a few weeks and part of the slipper had become threadbare where all the wool had torn and worn away. Very disappointed and really not worth the money. I expected better from Moshulu as I had purchased a pair of ladies slippers previously and they were very good quality and lasted me for a fair amount of time.”

“Bought this as a Valentine gift for my hubby and although it arrived ok and looked beautiful, the quality of the woolen fabric on the outer surface is abominable. Only after two days use hubby started noticing that the fabric is bobbling and fibres pulling apart. We can't understand why and how as he only wear the slippers inside the house and not rubbing against anything at all.. We are deeply disappointed as this is not the usual quality we have come to expect from Moshulu (have bought boots, shoecare products, scarves etc) before and been very satisfied. Sadly, less than a month after we bought them, they had to go back and spoken to customer services which advised to return them to inspect them. Currently waiting for a resolution.”
