“These are lovely slippers. The insole is a little hard (fine for most but I have a foot condition) for me, but there is enough room to add a memory foam insole without having to go up a size. I was pleased enough to buy a second pair.In fact, I ordered the wrong size in error, but the staff were so helpful and allowed me to return and reorder.”
