“How disappointing - these are absolutely beautiful shoes, well made and smart, but so tight across the toes that I could not walk in them. They were the right length so sizing up would not have worked. I do find that Moshulu's fit is very hit-and-miss - I am a regular size 5 but I have had to send shoes back because they are too narrow, or too short, or both. I don't understand why a consistent sizing is not achievable.”
“I absolutely love these shoes their style and colours so I ordered the Ottowa in teal they came and were so beautiful but too small I have always had the 6.5 in Moshulu and so had to return them. The return service is so easy and good I am very impressed and will be a bit braver when ordering online again as our nearest shop is 35 miles away well done a good trustworthy company!”

“I have always admired Moshulu shoes but this is my first purchase (in fact I ordered 4 pairs of shoes/boots in the sale to return at two and kept all - I haven't purchased new shoes for a while!) These look green to me rather than teal but when I opened the box slightly disappointed my husband immediately said how lovely they were and as I have never had green shoes before (and like the colour) I am pleased. Fast service, beautifully packaged (made it all feel special), in the sale, excellent fit, comfy.”
“First ordered a 7, turned out to be too narrow, so returned for a size 8. Length good but still on the narrow side. However, quality and styling is excellent as expected with moshulu.Please be warned, a great deal of breaking in will be required but worth it in the end”
