“I have 4 pairs of these lovely boots and I’m looking now at a black pair that I’d like, maybe by the time I fill this in I’ll order them, had a tan pair delivered yesterday. These boots last for years. Also the slippers are brilliant. Eight years ago I walked the Great Wall of China for Prostate Cancer and when we were not walking and having a touristy browse I wore the red leather mule slippers around Beijing they were so comfortable and didn’t look too out of place. ❤️❤️”
“I can see that that the overall shoe quality is very good however I was disappointed for a couple of reasons.Firstly there was a delay in the boots arriving to the house when they said they would, which was a shame as there was a mix up with the sending instructions from the shop.Secondly when the boots did arrive and I was keen to get wearing them they did not have all the zip fastenings on them. So I was not able to wear them. The boots then had to be returned and another pair sent.So overall i'm afraid to say, somewhat disappointed.”

“This was my second pair of Moshulu boots. I loved the Mistletoe I bought previously, and received excellent customer service regarding an error on my part. I have been eagerly awaiting delivery of these Bardsey in lagoon. I am very disappointed with the colour. On the website they look a beautiful teal/petrol vibrant blue. In reality they are mostly a dark dull green. Sadly returning.”

“Been looking for some green boots for a while and loved the look of these. Sadly, they are not as green as the photos and the leather looks more of a dark brown. Disappointed. I did try one on to make sure the fit is right for the tan pair. Which I shall probably buy when the refund comes through.”

“I bought these boots in early October. They're really nice looking and pretty comfortable. I wore them a few times a week during October and the beginning of November. By bonfire night, the bottom of the sole had fallen off the heel portion of the right boot. I'm super disappointed because I really like them! I emailed customer service >10 days ago to enquire about a replacement and no response :(,”

“I bought these boots 6 weeks ago and really like them! Love the zips for ease and they are comfortable and look good with different outfits. However, the soles were a terrible quality, they quickly became damaged around the heels of both boots, with bits peeling off etc. People would notice and tell me my boots were falling apart! I'm hoping it was a random bad pair, and I have to say I'm very impressed with the customer service as I was able to take them back to the store and get a new pair. Lots of good reviews and staff in store saying these are a best seller. So, I'm now wearing in my new pair and hoping the soles will be durable.”
