“This is my second pair of Bardsey boots and I can honestly say they are the best boots I've ever had.I've had my first pair for over a year wore them virtually every day and they still look like new.The colour hasn't faded at all and the boot feels like a slipper.Try them you will not regret it.”
“This is my second pair of Bardsey boots in recent years so that tells you I really like them BUT...... as with my first pair, the side zips have not improved at all. They are so stiff that it’s a real struggle to even get them to move slightly and I fear pulling and tugging at the fasteners will do more harm than good. They are supposed to be YKK brand which I always thought was a market leader but as well as being dry and stiff, the teeth feel horribly rough to the touch. Once again, I’ve had to resort to my trusty bottle of Lakeland silicone ‘easy glide’ liquid and now the zips work as they should. Bit of a shame because the boots look lovely and I find them extremely comfortable too.”
“I have been so pleased with my Bardsey boots, my first pair were green, then Burgundy now Black, I have seen some olive green boots, but they don't appear to have a size 3 in this colour.I would like to purchase some black cream polish, not sure if you stock this!Overall, all of my boots are brilliant!Kind regards, Diane”
“I so rarely write reviews, but feel I must on this occasion, mainly because the many reviews listed below, whilst they are lovely reviews, are pretty useless without saying what the sizing is like. There's two immediate things to note about these boots, they are beautiful and the quality is excellent, 5*. Second thing to note that is very important is they are quite narrow. I'm barely an E width foot, but have a very high instep/foot arch. I'm normally 5 1/2 UK size, in boots because I want to put socks on, I often take a 6, but In these I decided to order a 6 1/2 and they are barely wide enough to get my foot in with thin socks on. I ordered navy and purple, the navy is gorgeous but sadly, the zips wouldn't undue, then when undone, I couldn't get them back up, they're so stiff so they're going back as I don't want to keep undoing laces, that's not the point of these boots at all. The purple is not purple, it is plum but they are still gorgeous! I'm keeping those, and the zips go up and down well, although still fairly stiff. I really urge Moshulu to look at the zips, I notice lots of reviewers say they are way too stiff. I've only given 3*s for comfort because of that and the fact that I had them on 1/2 hr in the house and I got a blister on my heel. They are so lovely that I'm taking a punt on the fact that they I'll be able to wear them in. They are very heavy and chunky and I have to say the best bike style boots I've ever had. They look equally good with jeans and skirts and dresses to add a bit of edge. Beautiful boots, just beware the sizing.”
“Usually I have such bad luck buying footwear on line but not with these beauties. On trend chunky biker style, very comfortable with 2 zips either side and lovely leither padded tongue that protects your foot from the laces (you get a spare pair of laces). Very good quality leather - I'm very tempted to get a second pair in another colour. I'm a 4.5 but ordered a 4 and they are perfect. Will look great with jeans and opaque/skirt combos for AW20. Excellent order process, fast delivery and secure packaging. Has given me the confidence to order again from Moshulu (not just for slippers!)”

“I bought these a year ago and within 3 months both boots had split across the seam between the suede and the leather. I'm so sad about it because I really love them. Sadly they can't be fixed either!”

“Ordered these in the purple, love the colour which I would say is the maroon side of purple. An attractive design and not ruined by any extra embossing or embroidery. They seem to be comfortable and are easy on and off. Good value compared to similar boots.”
