“This was my first purchase from Moshulu. The customer service has been wonderful. My boots fit well, are very comfortable. Great sole. But... my calves are very slim and they are too baggy around the top, despite tightening to the tightest notch. Also, the colour Smoothie is in reality much darker than the pics show on site. It is more a dark, raspberry colour. The site shows them to be much lighter,more like a true light pink. Hence, not so happy with the colour and wish i had bought the Blackcurrant. I live in Spain so postage back would be expensive.”
Thanks for your review Carolyn. We do try to ensure our images online represent the true colours of our products as closely as possible. I'm sorry if this wasn't quite right here and will certainly pass this on. Our Nightjar boots are made with a heavily waxed leather which you should find lightens a little over time, and therefore may become a little more how you expected. “Had been admiring these boots on the website for ages, and finally decided to buy them in the sale.I was so dissapointed when they arrived, as I found the leather really hard and uncomfortable. I wore them in the house for a few hours, and knew that they would make my feet hurt - I found the soles very hard too. So dissapointed that I have had to return them.
