“These boots look gorgeous but I have wide feet so they just weren't comfortable. The style & quality were great though. Would like to say that Moshulu customer services are absolutely brilliant, I am a firm fan now and will be shopping here in future, they couldn't be any more helpful which in my experience customer service wise is such a delightful change. I've bought a pair of Llyn boots which are absolutely perfect and oh so comfortable, so am not disappointed!”

“I find the boots reasonably comfortable (some rubbing but I hope that will pass quickly) and I really like the design and colour (I went for burgundy). When they arrived there were a number of marks on the boots, which I'm told by customer services is normal for a waxy leather. The marks do go away when gently rubbed with the wax (which luckily I purchased at the same time) but I notice that new marks appear every time I wear the boots, so if you are someone who wants a perfect look you might find it frustrating how frequently you need to use the wax. On peeling off the sticker (inside the top of the boot) showing the materials in the boot, some of the material under the sticker came off, leaving an ugly mark - not visible when the boots are being worn. To give Moshulu credit they did offer a free exchange as a result, but I was left a bit underwhelmed by the quality control.”
