“Tried to buy these boots last year as I really fancied navy boots. Not many manufacturers make navy ones. I do not have skinny legs but these were loose like wellingtons. Also, although I tried on the right size - my heel slipped up and down, I mentioned this to the sales assistant who said its probably to make them easy to get your foot in and out ! But they have a ZIP ! The idea of having a zip is so boots can be shaped to fit round the ankle so your heel cannot slip up and down and wear your socks and tights out ! Shame.”

“I ordered a pair of these beautiful boots through my local Moshulu shop, but was very disappointed to have to reject them as they simply did not fit. The photo on the website shows the boots fitting snugly around the model's calf, but on me they were baggy - almost like wellingtons! There is no way that my legs are fatter than the model's, so I suspect that the boots in the photo must have been pinned in some way to make them fit her so beautifully. Several other customers have commented here that they appreciate the wide fit of these boots - which is fine - but Moshulu, wouldn't it be a good idea to show generous-fitting boots on a model with chunkier legs so that we can get a more accurate idea of the real cut of them?”
Thanks for your feedback Miranda, we're sorry to hear these boots did not suit. When designing our boots, we do so in an effort to ensure a suitable fit on as broader range of body shapes as possible. We select our models very carefully to ensure they represent an average fit. It's a tricky business ensuring this best fit for all and when photographing our products we do not make adjustments to fit through pinning or altering their fit on a model, as we'd be looking to show them as accurately as we can. We will of course pass your comments on to our Marketing team, who do appreciate any feedback and use this to shape their decision making in the future.
