“I have just bought my 2nd pair, he first having done sterling service for 8 months. They were a good size, my normal Moshulu size, though stretched a bit with wear until washed - yes they survived a good number of washes well!So, when the 2nd pair, ordered in the same size, arrived and fitted much too loosely I returned them and ordered a size down. They're still lovely slippers but to be comfortable I have to tread down the heel. I believe there was a mistake at the sizing part of manufacture with the loose pair: I think they should have been labelled a larger size. However, I paid for this pair largely with loyalty points so that's OK.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Thanks for your review! We wouldn't normally recommend washing our slippers in the washing machine, as we couldn't guarantee the glues used in manufacture would hold up to this process - we'd normally recommend a gentle warm hand wash.
