“Bought 2 prs of these wonderful slippers for my sisters birthday, she was over-the-moon, however, I bought the incorrect size she tried on one pair and walk around a little in them but they were too tight . not wanting to tell me she contacted their customer service department and explained what had happend asking if they would change the other pair, after the gentlemen checked with his supervisor , he came back and advised that as it was her birthday they would change both pairs ........... what absolutely fantastic service, she has now received the correct size and is happy as a sand-boy ........Well done Mushulu....... always have been a fan of the productwhich is beyond fab for quality and style ...... but cannot thank you enough for your excellent customer service as well.........my sister is converted !!!!!!”
“At the moment, however as they have very low heel support and low front and dont therefore grip the heel very well so not as comfortable for me personally as I would have hoped, would be unsuitable for anyone unsteady on their feet and I feel they will stretch too and become a slip on rather than a full slipper. That said I love them so have kept them, fun colourways and design, they seem well made and have a strong sole. Will remember to look out for low front/heel next time but I think this should be mentioned in the description by Moshulu.”
