“The shoes are very pretty but when I wore them today for the first time they cut the back of my ankle really badly. I am a bit dissapointed because other pairs I had bought from this shop were immediately comfortable and did not need to be broken in. I worry I might not be able to wear them :(”
Thanks for your feedback Natalia. We are sorry to hear that your new shoes failed to deliver a smile on your first wearing. Footwear can sometimes take a little time to 'wear in' at first, particularly with a slip-on shoe as these do need to be a little more structured to stay securely on your foot.
