“Love the colours, the quality and the comfort, but... cannot find a size that fits. I’m normally a 4.5, but the 4 is too big, the 3 too small. My mum also loves your shoes and had a pair from a few years ago that she has worn out! They were a size 5. We ordered new ones for her in size 5 and they are too big, and the 4 too small! We’ve tried everything and even different colours as we sooooo wanted them to fit. Really disappointed but thanks for your returns policy and all your help.”
