“They look nice but the soles are very thin so I could feel the gravel on the footpaths. The laces are next to useless, they don’t stay fastened because you can’t knot them. Since I’ve had the shoes I’ve had to buy some proper flat laces and have some stick-a-soles put over the existing soles which has resulted in a very expensive pair of shoes.”

“Lovely colours - the lime/blue/pink are such fun to wear! They come up quite large and wide, I usually take a 40 shoe but had to exchange them for a 39, which fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable. Might treat myself to some navy/red ones for autumn…”
“Turquoise on Indigo/Turquoise not as bright as photos on website show - looks more like the Denim (dull, mid blue) than the bright Indigo blue I was expecting. Fit is wide and slightly large compared to my usual size. Shoe is comfortable. Leather lacing around edge of shoe does not connect to lacing on top of shoe, so fit cannot be customised like a traditional/true deck shoe. Not bad, but for the price I was bit disappointed.”
“Have not had a pair of Moshulu Boat shoes for a few years and the time was right for a new pair. The quality is still the same high standard. The size guide did indicate I would need bigger then a size 7 as I am often a 7.5 but as there were no half sizes available I went for the size 8. However they were really far too big. I followed the instructions to exchange them for the size 7's. The whole process was swift from the return to receiving the size 7's today, in well under the predicted 3 week turnaround. They fit perfectly, so I would say they are a generous size as 7's don't usually give me so much room. So comfortable and soft, no need to wear them in at all. Looking forward to wearing them on my holiday to Croatia next week. Thank you Moshulu.”
“Lovely bright boat shoes, well made with beautifully soft leather and the usual Moshulu comfort. One star dropped because the sizing is not as accurate as I'd have expected from Moshulu. Based on other reviews, I ordered a size smaller than usual. These shoes are more suited to a wide foot rather than a standard 'D' fitting but adding an insole helps and the ankle is held by the lacing around the back of the shoe. My feet tend to swell a little in the summer so I think these shoes will be just as comfortable in hot weather.”
