“I was very fascinated by the look of shoes and just bought by seeing the website. However on my 2nd time it was snowing and I wore them and my feet and socks were all wet. I did not know that before buying that I can’t wear them in rain and snowing . I loved the shoes but I’m very disappointed. It means you can’t use these shoes in UK where it’s always raining.”
We are sorry to hear of your disappointment Irum. Our Teacake boots are of a stitched construction, which allows them to remain incredibly lightweight and flexible, but can mean they are a little more susceptible to wet weather (although no leather boot can be guaranteed to be waterproof)

“I've just received my Teacake boots, they are grey nubuck leather. They are exactly what I hoped they would be - very comfortable and look great with jeans. Very high quality, the stitchwork etc is excellent, and the leather is very good. I like the slouchy style, and the colour. The size is exactly correct, I am size 38 and I sometimes find shoes bought online are a bit small. These fit perfectly. Great boots, highly recommended.”
