“I bought these to replace an old pair of cork footbed sandals in another brand. In general, I love the arch support of cork footbeds, but I find the lack of shock absorption in other brands causes joint pain if I walk any distance. I hoped these would tick both boxes, having both support and cushioning - but though they are very comfortable, I'm not sure there is enough support for me. The sole is flexible but feels a little thin, and the arch support is quite soft, so I'm not sure how they will last. They are great for short walks on smooth ground; I have yet to find out how they will be on longer walks or on more uneven ground. Also the colour was a little brighter that it seemed on screen.”
