“Having purchased a pair of identical sandals a couple of years ago and finding them excellent value , extremely comfortable and hard-wearing I decided to buy another pair on line during “lockdown” . Imagine my disappointment when they arrived to find them with incomplete and damaged stitching on the front Velcro fastening . Since my husband and I are “of a certain age” we had to arrange for our daughter to transport them to our local post office for return . I have to say that the process of ordering and returning went smoothly . When I spoke to a Moshulu representative she apologised profusely and told me that she would arrange dispatch of a new pair (hopefully this time undamaged) as soon as the original pair was received .
