I’m a keen walker/hiker and member of West Cornwall Search & Rescue and in the few short weeks since my purchase, I have covered approximately 100 miles in the Ranger III GTX on a variety of terrains including Tarmac roads, Unpaved Forrest, Moorland, Muddy Bogs and the joys of the North Cornwall Coastal. Throughout my wanderings, I have found the Ranger III GTX to be excellent in build quality, comfort and waterproofing giving a very comfortable and supportive hiking boot straight out of the box taking next to no time, if any, to 'Break In'. So far I am impressed with the quality and comfort the Lowa Ranger III GTX offers, and can thoroughly recommend them if you’re looking for a solid pair of hiking boots.

Really impressed with the quality of these boots, probably best boots I've had - and I've had a few over the years. I've yet to venture far wearing my boots but found them comfortable on the short hikes so far and feel confident of there performance, realising it takes time to break in new boots.
