“This insole is not the same as the one that came with the boot. The foam is thinner and the insole not as supportive. I am disappointed, as I've been buying Lowa boots for 30 years and love them. This feels like a cynical attempt to boost sales whilst cutting quality. I think that the slogan for the insoles should be "Lowa, Simply Less"!”
