“The problem was with delivery. It took many phone calls and re-arrangements to get the logs delivered. Palette Plus did not supply sufficient information about time slots so the first time I received a text to say they were already at the address, when I was out, then I arranged a second day, checked with them to confirm in the morning, waited in all day, then called them to be told it was not on the delivery. I asked them to leave crate on driveway but they said they couldn't without permission from you. They said they would contact you but did not. The third time of arranging the lorry arrived and the operator used a fork lift which was inadequate so left the whole crate blocking the driveway, next to the pavement, meaning we had to unload the whole thing log by log, making ordering a crate pointless.”

“This was the first time buying from logs online and the last. The quality of the wood is so poor. I did complain and get some money back but I wish I had asked them to Collect it all and give me my money back it’s such awful wood.”

“A crate of logs was delivered with netted logs. Asked if the nets were recyclable as they were all from plastic and that’s a lot of plastic. Was told Someone would find out and get back to me twice but after two further requests no answer received.”
