“I had been looking for quality citrus peel for a while and had been unhappy with several (overwhelmingly bitter, including too much pith) from other suppliers. I ordered this lemon peel in a small quantity to try it, and am very happy with it. Adds just the right zing to tea and cakes, without overwhelming them, and there is very little bitterness (except what is naturally occurring in citrus peel, which helps to offset the sweetness of baked goods). This one is a keeper.”
