If the watch I paid for and subsequently received looked like the one shown on your website, I would have kept it. Unfortunately it did not; red crystals were monotone, with large gaps between them that were made all the more obvious by the fact they were set on a white strap, which had a strange yellow line down the edge. The watch on the GB Watch Shop website shows multi-tonal red crystals, tightly set on a black strap.
As such I believe this to be false advertising on your part and not a change of mind on mine - hence the return of the different looking item should not be at my expense.”
