I am brown skinned with melasma & PIH so I look for mineral sunscreens that leave no white cast. This product does the trick for me in this way. I like the balm-like texture, except when insects got stuck to my face on two occasions! It stings my eyes so I use a different sunscreen around the eye area. I have to be careful not to touch my face & then eyes by mistake. The packaging is a metal tube, like the toothpastes of old. I like that it's a tube for hygiene reasons, but find it difficult to get all the product fully out when coming to the end of it. I wish the quantity was larger as it does not last long. After trying dozens of mineral SPF 50 broad spectrum sunscreens with 4 * UVA protection, I have settled on this one for now as the best for me. Thank you Face Theory :)

I feel love-hate for this one. I can see improvement on my hyperpigmentation since I switched my sunscreen to this one, white cast is minimal on my type 4 skin tone and it does not burn/sting. That said, it is very gritty and a little too heavy for any other season than winter.

A list of ingredients in sunscreens you should avoid: - octocrylene - octisalate - octinoxate - homosalate - avobenzone - PEGS - parabens not only are these chemicals harsh on the skin, they harm our reefs and can cause hormone disruption. Go for mineral sunscreens like this containing zinc oxide. I also highly reccomend facetheory's Amil C Whip spfs, and Green People, Sukin, and Tropic are other safe sunscreen brands for sensitive skin with no harmful ingredients :)

Easily absorbed great protection and no residue or film left on the skin after application. Bob irritation for my sensitive skin. Love this ❤️

I bought this in the summer and yes it was far too oily. I really didn't like it. But I kept it around and in the winter it's actually okay. Felt fine. If anything kept my skin from drying out. Bonus, I have type 6 skin on the fitzgerald scale and it left no white cast.

THE PRODUCT WRITES FOR ALL SKIN TYPES, BUT IN MY OPINION, IT IS FOR DRY SKIN TYPES. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PRODUCT. I AM WAITING FOR SUNSCREEN FOR COMBINATIOS SKIN.

I'm so sorry to say that I can't use it, I have normal skin and this sunscreen is way too oily, I had to wash my face to get rid of it
