“I’ve been with FT for years and loved their products especially the vitamin c serum. However, I'm quite disappointed with the new formula the product doesn’t seem to sink into my skin causing me to oil up. I feel a tingling sensation once I apply it on my fingers which I find strange. So I rewritten into buying Exaglow Serum S10 with Tranexamic Acid, Vitamin C, fingers crossed this will do the job.”

“I got disappointed when I bought it long ago, but I was advised by the customer service to give it a try again since they had reformulated it. Totally worth it! Transparent, non-sticky, non-greasy and gives a nice complexion to my skin. Would buy it again.”

“I love this Vit C formula the best out of any I've bought (and I've bought quite a few as I have patches of pigmentation). It feels lovely on the skin and sinks in really well. I love the smell of it and my pigmentation has definitely improved. I use this in the morning and the new Vit C C30 in the evening as it's thicker and needs time to sink into the skin so I find putting that one on at night is better.”

“Love the serum it’s really nice. Absorbs very well and quite quickly too so I can use it under makeup without having to wait for it to sink in. My skin looks much brighter and nourished after about 2 weeks of use. Highly recommend.”

“I'm so sad but I had a reaction to this, I've never reacted to anything before (I'm 27) but this caused a red blotchy rash all over my face which was tender to touch. I've now sent this back for an exchange for something else. Customer service absolutely fabulous as always! Seems like a great product and judging by previous reviews it works wonders but maybe be cautious if you have sensitive/reactive skin.”
