“Not liking the oily feel of this. Yet despite being oily it is hard to spread without over-applying, and over-applying makes it take a very long time to absorb.”

“I am very pleased with this product. I apply it at night and find that it calms down the red areas on my face. It even helps with allergy rashes that I get on my cheeks. Unlike some serums, it does not dry my face.”

“This must be the best serum I’ve ever used in terms of viscous texture and how soft and hydrated my skin feels on application. It’s to early to see whether it will work as part of my anti-hyperpigmentation routine. I hope it does!”

“I was so excited about this serum and really wanted to love it. I even initially bought two because I just KNEW I’d love it. Unfortunately, it didn’t love me and broke me out. I had red pimples on my temples, cheeks, and around my mouth within 24-48 hrs. ☹️ Kept using for a week with no change. Stopped using and my skin cleared up within a day. My oily acne prone skin didn’t work with the “greasiness” of the serum. thanks”

“I love this. I use a few drops on my skin every morning before I put my moisturizer and SPF on. I am on my third bottle. I recommend staying with this consistently and long term to really see results. It was not overnight magic but after several months of consistent use I am impressed. I bought this on the recommendation of Dr. Vanita Rattan on YouTube. It has helped with my dark spots a lot. I am tan and in my 30’s. My main struggle is hyperpigmentation from breakouts and just sun spots in general. This has helped my overall skin tone and smoothed out my skin in a way that feels healthy not damaging. I don’t wear foundation any more which is nice because this gives me a nice glow in the morning.”

“After alot of browsing the website, reviewing products and ingredients, I purchased this item. I have super sensitive skin, rosacea prone skin. I was hoping for an antioxidant boost to my routine and had high hopes for this product. I loved the packing: it is good quality and the dropper felt secure, so I wasn't worried about spills like some of the cheap brands. Unfortunately the product irritated my skin and I wasn't able to use it. I contacted the customer service team and they responded almost instantly, even though this was late at night. We exchanged a number of emails and they suggested alternative products for me. In the end, I was given a refund as my skin was too sensitive for both products that I purchased. Overall, if rate the product as 4*and the customer service as 5*. I imagine that most customers will love this serum. When I am able to reduce the redness and sensitivity on my skin, I will definitely look at Facetheory again. There's alot to love about their products and with excellent customer service, I would recommend that everyone tries them.”
